What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Methods?   OC VENTURES INC. uses two shipping methods: Federal Express, UPS package delivery. Not all methods are available for all items.

OC VENTURES INC. does not currently ship or deliver by UPS or FED EX to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. We do, however, accept BILLING addresses in these states, as long as the item is being shipped to the Continental United States.

When Will My Order Arrive?

UPS Shipped Items:                                             shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from the warehouse. For UPS, ground shipping times vary from one to five business days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to the given warehouse stocking your ordered product.

Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.

The Hand Crafted oak wood beach chairs:    are all hand crafted and the turn around time from when ordered is 10 working days unless otherwise notified.

RETURN MERCHANDISE:                                       A full refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. A 15% restocking charge may be levied after 5 days. All returned merchandise must be BRAND NEW, in its ORIGINAL saleable condition, and accompanied by a Sales Receipt, or a restocking charge may otherwise be charged.  Sorry, Special Order or Cut merchandise is NOT returnable. Shipping costs are not refundable. OC VENTURES INC. does not pay for the cost to return items.
